It doesn’t matter what job you do, whether you sit down at a desk or you are walking round all day, we all deserve to have an enjoyable relaxing night in. This can be done in 3 easy ways!
Have a bath/shower!
The first step to a nice relaxing night in is to take everything off. Take off all of your clothes and prepare to put on the comfiest outfit you own. Take off all of you make-up and finally put your hair up in that messy bun you have been dying to put it in all week. Now you’ve done that, get ready for a good body scrub in the bath/shower. Having a bath, throw in a nice bath bomb or some nice bath oils to help relax that body.
Find a show to watch on Netflix!
We all know that you need a little netflix in your life. There is nothing I love better then putting my feet up and finding a good tv series to watch. Most people prefer to stick on a good film whereas I’m more of a series binge watcher.
Stick on a face mask!
It doesn’t matter what article or blog you read, if it is referring to a chill night or pamper night – they will tell you to stick on a face mask. There is something about face masks that don’t just cleanse your skin but tend to help your whole body just relax. Don’t ask me how but they just do!
