So a few months ago I decided that it was time to add some routine into my gym/ workout sessions and at this time I noticed that Danielle Peazer was bringing out a 12 week body plan. This is when I decided I was going to see whether these body plans were worth it!
What is the 12 week body plan?
The 12 week body plan was created by Danielle Peazer and contains a number of different workouts that are set out over 12 weeks. The workouts range from weights, dance, Tabatha and Hiit. The body plan doesn’t just contain workouts but also a 12 week meal plan where you can eat a huge variety of food, snacks and even deserts! When you sign up to the body plan you will also receive weekly videos in your emails from Danielle which bring more encouragement and motivations to keep you going!
My 12-Week Body Plan includes my favourite workouts to help you get fitter, stronger and more toned, and just as importantly, to FEEL GOOD! Working out is brilliant for your body and mind, helping to beat stress and anxiety. I hope you benefit from this plan as much as I do in my everyday life. Good food is the perfect partner to a fitness routine. So dig into 40 of my favourite meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert (of course!) and mix and match them for inspiration while you’re on my plan. – Danielle
Why I choose Danielle over Kayla Itsines!
Most people are aware of the incredible Kayla Itsines and if you are not then you obviously live in a bubble somewhere far away. Last year I signed up to Kayla’s BBG app that consists of workouts for a 0-12 weeks that then continue and get more advanced. The only problem with Kayla’s workouts were, I would get easily bored. Each workout consisted of two circuits, each circuit completed for seven minutes and then repeated. I can get very bored easily and like a variety of different workouts. I also found Kayla’s really challenging and wasn’t really for beginners (even though I wouldn’t class myself as a beginner). The results from Kayla’s are always incredible but I wish that there was a wider variety. This is why I chose Danielle’s 12 week body plan. Danielle plans consisted of three or four different workouts throughout the week and I loved it. Especially as she had ballet/dance type of workouts and as someone who is not very elegant or dance like, I really enjoyed them as they were different and a new challenge.
Why you do not need a gym!
The best thing about Danielle’s plan, you do not need a gym to complete it! Though, some of her workouts contain dumbbell weights, kettle bells or Swiss balls, you can still complete these at home. All you need is a couple of water bottles or something to hold that contains a bit of weight. I only ever completed the workout plan at the gym a couple of times and mainly did this in the comfort of my living room. There is no excuse to not get fit just because you do not have a gym membership!
Why you should purchase the 12 Week Body Plan!
I’m not going to sit here and pretend that everybody needs to purchase this plan because realistically they don’t, but what I will say is, if you are a beginner and you do want to start working out and getting fit you should consider purchasing this plan. You do not need a gym, there are a variety of different workouts that you can complete. The workouts are not going to take up most of your day as the are quick and easy to fit in on a morning before work or an evening session. So, if you are looking to start working out or maybe just need a helping hand as you do not know where to start, then I would recommend you check out this plan. You can even test it out by signing up to a free started pack by clicking here!
