At the moment Instagram is just full of accounts showing girls with drop dead gorgeous bodies that we all want but just don’t seem to have. Instead of finding motivational accounts that just show pictures of models in bikinis, below I have listed some accounts I use that feature both motivation and workouts that we can all do!
Pinterest is probably one of the best platforms to go on looking for workouts. All you have to do is type in the search box what type of workout you are after or what area it is you want to work on and the amount of workouts that come up are endless!
The amount of workouts you will find on youtube are ridiculous, but it doesn’t always mean that you are going to benefit from them. But what is the harm in trying? Below I have yet again linked a few accounts that are feel are just right to help you get fit at home without having to spend a penny!
